Pricing Policy:

All listed prices are cash sales. We accept cash, money orders, cashiers checks or certified funds. VISA, Master Card and Pay Pal purchases will receive a 3% upcharge. Ohio residents will be subject to 7% sales tax.

 

Returns, Used or Surplus Items:

We make every effort to accurately describe used or surplus items. If you are not sure or have any doubts as to the condition of an item please email customerservice@vodgear.com or call a customer service representative at

(740) 259 - 4917 before you buy. We will be more than happy to spend whatever time you need describing the item or providing you with additional pictures. We want you to be pleased with you purchase and we hope to exceed your expectations. In the event you receive an item that is defective or one which you are unsatisfied with it may be returned. You must keep your original VOG packing slip and notify us within 5 days of receipt of the item. To make a return you must email customerservice@vodgear.com or call us at (740) 259 - 4917 Monday through Friday 8:00 – 6:00 EST and Saturday 8:00 – 2:00 EST to get a return authorization. Once you have received the authorization you may return the item freight prepaid for replacement or refund. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the card with which the item was purchased. All defective items will receive full refund of the purchase price, Items that you just decided you did not want after you purchased them are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

We are very quality conscious at VOG and most of the items we sell we use ourselves. We make every effort to handle only high quality merchandise made by leading manufacturers. If you receive an item that is defective in materials and / or workmanship follow the same instructions as above to obtain a return authorization and return the item.

 

Privacy Policy:

Valley Outdoor Gear, LLC does not or will not share any personal or email information with any third parties.

 

Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping though USPS and UPS. If you want a tracking number, please select UPS. We do not ship any International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs). This will include orders that have any connection to International shipments. This goes to both the shipping and billing addresses. There are no exceptions.

 

Terms and Conditions:

Due to the nature of some items that are sold, you must verify your age for the purchase of handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition.

 

By agreeing to our terms & conditions you are making the following declaration:

Declaration of Buyer: "I acknowledge this dealer does not authorize that I may lawfully purchase, possess, carry or operate bows, crossbows, paint pistols, air pistols, air rifles, black powder items, or any other items which I may purchase, in accordance with my state and local laws. I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering and I declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal disabilities."

 

" We DO NOT warranty that you may purchase or possess handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you are of legal age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1) - (7)."

 

NOTE:

We require you to be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun components, hand guns, or handgun ammunition, and 18 years of age to purchase long guns, long gun components and long gun ammunition. Proof of age must be supplied to Valley Outdoor Gear before ammunition shipments will be made by faxing or emailing a scanned copy of a valid state driver’s license and a correctly filled out Ammunition Purchase Form which you can download and print here. All ammunition will be shipped UPS Ground.

 

Firearms Policy:

Orders for firearms are handled strictly in accordance with The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives standards. Handguns and long guns MUST be shipped to an FFL holder in your area for transfer. Most FFL’s will receive and transfer your firearm to you for a small fee. Ohio residents may pick up their handguns or long guns at our business location in Lucasville, Ohio. Residents outside Ohio may pick up long guns also at our business location in Lucasville, Ohio. A customer who is denied by their state or the FBI is responsible for shipping costs back to the warehouse and the 15% restocking fee. If you are questionable as to your ability to pass the background check it would be advisable to not purchase a firearm. Please make sure the firearm or other item you want to purchase is legal to own in the state / locality in which you are a resident, we will not make any exceptions to the law.
